Hi! I’m Josh Crowley, the founder and operator of Escape to Magic Destinations. Based right here in Mobile, AL, I am a professional travel agent affiliated with the premier Boardwalk Travel Agency network.
I’ve always loved to travel! I remember going on family vacations every summer when I was younger. My favorite spots: Theme Parks! I absolutely love them and always have. As I’ve grown older, I’ve fallen in love with even more travel. I love cruising, enjoy flying, and love to get out on the open road and explore!
It was my 2nd Disney Trip (as an adult) where the travel agent I used was awesome, but it got me thinking. What if I could do this too? Maybe not full time, but wouldn’t it be great? I truly truly love to plan travel, so I took the plunge and I haven’t looked back. This is not my full-time gig yet, but maybe one day.

Is there a fee to use your vacation planning services?
Not a single penny! My comprehensive itinerary planning, quote generation, and booking services are 100% free to you. I am compensated directly by the travel suppliers (like Disney, Universal, and cruise lines), meaning you get my insider expertise, custom daily schedules, and personal support without paying anything extra than if you booked it yourself.
Can you book vacations outside of Disney and Universal?
Absolutely! While I specialize heavily in Disney and Universal destinations, my host affiliation with Boardwalk Travel Agency grants me direct booking access to virtually any major travel supplier worldwide. Whether you want to sail with Carnival or Virgin Voyages, unwind at a Sandals all-inclusive resort, book a Hilton or Marriott stay, or take a guided tour through Exotica or Viator, I’ve got you covered.
How do I know I’m getting the best price on my trip?
Many travel suppliers allow you to lock in your vacation packages well in advance. One of the biggest perks of booking through Escape to Magic is my active rate monitoring. If a public promotion, discount, or onboard cruise credit drops after we’ve secured your reservation, I will work directly with the supplier to retroactively apply those savings to your account before your final payment.
What if I like to plan out my own daily itinerary?
You can control as little or as much of the process as you want! If you love digging into the details and planning your days down to the minute, I am happy to simply handle the backend logistics, secure your base packages, and monitor your rates. If you prefer a completely hands-off experience, I can jump in and build a seamless, step-by-step custom touring plan for your entire crew.
